Ingredients

  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • Dropvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Separate the egg yolk and white

  2. 2

    In another bowl add the egg white,sugar and vanilla whisk well until its foamy

  3. 3

    Add in coconut and refrigerate 1 hour

  4. 4

    Spoonful the coconut and line the baking try with parchment paper and bake 15 to 20min or until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Allow it to cool on ware rack and enjoy
