Cook your rice until almost done

In a pan, put some oil and slice your onions a fry with some spices, ginger and garlic till golden brown. Remove onions and set aside.

In the same pan, and with the oil you fried tge onions, put your marinated chicken, ground pepper and put on low fire to allow it to cook evenly. Add a little water and be turning the sides so both sides are cooked.
When cooked, add in tge already fried onions and the cooked rice and stir gently.
