Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 2 glasseswater
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspDry coriander powder
  • To tasteblack pepper
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2potatoes, chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker, add ghee and cumin seeds.

  2. 2

    Add tomato and saute it.

  3. 3

    Add onion,potato and mix well and cook it.

  4. 4

    Add all spices and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now wash the rice and strain it and add in the pressure cooker.

  6. 6

    Add water and mix well.

  7. 7

    Cover the lid and cook it.
