In a bowl, break and beat the eggs.

Add in the cubed vegetables together with the black pepper, salt and soy sauce. Then mix together.

In a pan, drizzle the oil and heat it up. Pour in half of the egg mixture and let it cook on one side till ready.

Then roll the egg from one end of the pan and until the egg is halfway rolled. Then add in the other remaining egg mixture on the other end. Let it cook until ready and roll the egg once more.

Finally serve and enjoy with your preferred drink for breakfast or your 4 o'clock beverage.
