Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg.Minced beef • 250gms. Potatoes and cut in small pieces •
  2. 2tomatoes • 1 onion • 6 tbs oil
  3. 6whole black pepper (Kali Mirch
  4. 1 tsp.coriander (Dhaniya) powder • 1 tsp. salt
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric (Haldi) powder • ¾ tsp. chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp.ginger paste • 1 tsp garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the onion and cook in oil until light brown.

  2. 2

    Add all the spices and finely chopped tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook on medium heat till water is almost dried. Add mince meat mix and dry the water again.

  4. 4

    Add 2 glasses of water cover and cook till meat is tenderized and the water dries.

  5. 5

    Add potatoes and cook till the potatoes are soft.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh green Coriander (Dhaniya) leaves, green chilies and Ginger (Adrak) slices and lemon juice.

  7. 7

    Serve with naan..
