  • 牛肉
  • 料酒
  • 油
  • 盐
  • 酱油
  • 胡椒粉
  • 姜末
  • 鸡精
  • 地瓜粉
  • 蒜
  • 八角
  • 香叶
  • 当归
  • 辣椒
  • 水

Steps

  1. 1

    牛肉顺着横纹切薄片。

  2. 2

    用适量料酒、油、盐、酱油、胡椒粉、姜末、鸡精、地瓜粉抓匀。

  3. 3

    锅里加适量水,下八角、香叶、当归、姜片、蒜、辣椒。

  4. 4

    煮开后加适量盐,少许油,把牛肉逐片投入过内,不能一下倒下去,否则就成一锅糊汤了。

  5. 5

    再次煮开后加少许料酒,加入葱花,少许鸡精,关火。

  6. 6

    把米粉煮至用筷子能夹断。

  7. 7

    捞出盛于碗中。

  8. 8

    把牛肉汤浇到米粉碗里。

  9. 9

    把青菜下开水锅烫至变色。

  10. 10

    捞出铺到牛肉粉上即可。

    香哈菜谱小贴士
    牛肉粉好不好吃,关键在于煮的牛肉汤好不好吃,因牛肉味道比较重,很多人煮出来的还是很腥,按我这个做法基本可以把腥味去除。煮牛肉粉的牛肉汤要比平时吃
    的稍微咸一点,因为米粉没味道的
