Ingredients

  • 2 CupSemolina
  • 1 CupCurd
  • 1 TbspOregano
  • 1 tspChilli flakes
  • as neededWater for batter consistency
  • 1 pinchSoda
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add curd

  3. 3

    Gradually add water and mix till the batter is medium to thick consistency

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in microwaveable Idli mould

  5. 5

    Bake at 120°C for 2 mins

  6. 6

    Let it cool down, unmould Idli and top with some ghee
