Steps

Give tadka in oil with seeds on medium flame. Add garlic and cook till brown.

Add chilli powder, turmeric and chilli.

Add daal and 1 glass of water. Cook for 4-5 mins by covering lid. Till time chopped fenugreek leaves.

Add all spices and leaves and agin cook for 2 mins by adding salt.

Curry is ready to serve with chapati, paratha, rice or tortilla.
