  • Raw yam
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut n rinse yam, add salt to the water n leave the yam in it for a while

    Heat oil in pan, add onion.. Trust me it gives it a very nice aroma n taste

    Add the yam n fry on medium heat, fry for 3-5 minutes, stir n remove when it's looking a bit cripsy

    Serve with pepper sauce or stew
