In a bowl add Maida,water,salt and mix well and kneading for 10 mins for a soft dough

Add oil and keep aside for 3 hours or more hours,so it becomes very soft

After 3 hrs or more make ball shape add little oil and keep for another 15 minutes

After 15 minutes,spread some oil on clean table and work out the dough with hand and cut into strip and keep aside

Roll it and keep aside for another 10 mins after cook the parota by drizzling ghee both side while cooking and serve hot with any side dish
