Brown Sugar Boba Milk

The boba is black, the milk is white, sugar is sweet, and so are you!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with 1/4 cup of water in a small pot. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- 2
Add the tapioca starch and mix with a spoon until combined. Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a surface dusted with tapioca starch. Knead into a dough, roll into long strips, cut into desired sizes, and roll into balls to form boba.
- 3
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the boba balls. Cook until they float to the surface.
- 4
In another pot, prepare the brown sugar syrup. Bring the syrup ingredients to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and cook until it bubbles vigorously. Pour the hot syrup around the sides of a cup or bowl, add the cooked boba, and pour in the milk.

For takeout, place in a bottle. You are welcome😁😁😁
