  1. Tapioca pearls 7 ounces (200g)
  2. Water 8 1/2 cups (2000ml)
  3. Brown sugar 2 1/4 cups (450g)
  4. Fresh milk 7 3/4 cups (1858ml)

    Bring the water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls. Stir carefully to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Once all the pearls float to the surface, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.

    Add brown sugar and enjoy a delicious tapioca pearl dessert!
