  • 2large boiled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoontamarind paste
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonroasted coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1or to taste green chili, chopped
  • as neededChopped cilantro

    Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin, round pieces.

    Add all the spices one by one and mix well with the potatoes.

    Add the tamarind paste and mix thoroughly.

    Add chopped cilantro on top, mix, and serve. Adjust tamarind, green chili, and salt to taste if needed.
