Steps

Wash bhindi and cut them into half inch pieces.

Take 1/2 cup oil in a pan, add bhindi. Bhonofy it until bhindi become little crispy. Take out into a bowl.

In a same pan add 1/2 cup oil, add tomatoes,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ajwain, kalonji, cumin seeds and little water. Bhonofy it until oil comes out.

When oil comes out, add bhindi into it. Bhonofy it for 2 minutes.

Add lemon juice and green chillies into it. Again bhonofy it for a minute.

Serve it hot with chapatis
