While the pan is hot. Heat up the oil add in the mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds add in the curry leaves and fry for a minute.

In a jar add the garlic cloves, whole pepper and the cumin seeds mix everything until fine paste.

In another bowl add the tamarind and one full tomato let it rest in one cup of water for one hour. After that add in coriander leaves and 2 green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.

Mix well and close the lid and serve.
