Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRolled oats
  2. 12-15almonds
  3. 2 tspBajra flour
  4. 2 tspJowar flour
  5. 2 tspCurd
  6. as requiredChopped Dill leaves
  7. 1Grated carrot
  8. as requiredChopped Spinach
  9. 1Chopped Onion
  10. FewChopped green chillies
  11. 1 tspWhite sesame seeds
  12. 1 tspBlack sesame seeds
  13. 1/2 tsproasted Flax seeds powder
  14. 1 tspCoriander powder
  15. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  16. as per tasteBlack pepper powder
  17. As per taste Salt
  18. littleghee for greasing griddle

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast oats and almonds for few minutes. Take out on a plate and let them cool down.

  2. 2

    Take oats and almonds in a mixer and grind into flour.

  3. 3

    Take flour in a flour and sieve Bajra flour and Ragi flour in it.

  4. 4

    Put sesame seeds(black and white), flax seeds powder, carom seeds, coriander powder, pepper powder in it.

    Add all the chopped vegetables and curd. Add salt too.

  6. 6

    Mix everything together and knead soft dough using water as required.

  7. 7

    Grease a polythene sheet/butter paper or banana leaf. Take a portion of dough and keep on it. Tap on the rolled dough with your hand in the circular motion and put the roti on greased tawa.

    Flip and cook from both sides.Apply ghee on roti while serving.
