Boil rice and when ready out aside

Dice all the ingredients into very small cubes

Put some oil in the cooking pot and let it heat abit then add sweetcorn keep stirring and let cook for 5mins..then add carrots,green hoho stir and let it cook for 1min,,,then add yellow and red hoho stir and cook for 1min

When they are all cooked take the white rice (we boiled first)and mix them all together (cooking at low heat)then add ndania and remove from the fire
