Maggi noodles vegetables spring roll

For stuffing-Heat oil in a kadhai, add chopped garlic, onion saute for a second on high flame.

Add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, saute for a second on high flame. Add salt and black pepper powder.Mix it well

Add boiled Maggi, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, red chilli sauce.saute for a second flame on high flame.Mix it well.

Add spring onion, vinegar. Mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stuffing is ready.

For maida paste-Take, a bowl, add maida and little amount of water. Mix it well. Maida paste is ready.

Take a bowl, add maida,1/2 tsp salt oil, lukewarm water. Mix it well. and make the dough soft. Rest for 10 minutes. Grease the palm with oil. and make the dough soft again.

Divide the dough into small balls.Roll the balls in poori shape.

Add 1/2 tsp oil, sprinkle flour over it and cover it with other poori.

Now roll it with the help of a rolling pin in roti shape.

Heat Tawa, put roti over it, roast on medium-low flame till bubbles come out. Now separate the roti into two sheets. The sheet is ready.

Stuffed the sheet, roll it and paste at the edges of the. roti, fold it.

Spring roll is ready to fry. Heat oil in a kadhai, drop spring roll in hot oil on high flame till golden brown. Maggi noodles vegetables spring roll is ready to serve.
