I used homemade fresh coconut milk.

Prep your ingredients.

In a large bowl put flour then add salt and mix, Add warm coconut milk bit by bit as you knead

Transfer your dough into a surface and continue kneading for about 10 mins until a soft smooth dough is formed.

Add 2 tbsp oil and knead again to incorporate then transfer to a bowl and apply oil then cover with a cling film and let it rest for approx 30min -1 hr

Once rested roll out the dough and apply oil then cut into stripes.

Roll as shown in the photo and let the balls rest 10 minutes covered

Roll out the balls into a circle then heat a pan on medium heat and cook each side 2mins add oil and brown a bit.

Keep them in a plastic wrap to avoid dryness.
