Ingredients

1 boxFusilli Pasta
1small Zucchini diced
1/2diced Onion
2minced cloves Garlic
3Peeled Tomatoes
1 tblParsley
6Calamari Olives
DashRed Pepper Flakes
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese

Steps

1

Boil water for pasta. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
2

When wilted add zuchini on med-high until lightly brown
3

Add tomatoes and season with pepper
4

Add parsley and red pepper flakes
5

Just before pasta is done add the olives
6

Serve and top with pecorino romano cheese
