Ingredients

  1. 1/2 litremilk
  2. 1/2 cupchopped apple
  3. 5-8almonds diced/chopped
  4. 1 tbspchopped walnuts
  5. 1 tbspkhoya
  6. 1 tbspcustard powder
  7. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  8. 1/2 cupsugar
  9. 2 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan take ghee and roast almonds. Keep aside in the pan and add apple and saute

    Add milk, sugar and bring to boil.

    Add custard powder mix well. Add cardamom powder
