Tava paneer tikka
Steps

Cut onion, paneer and capsicum in cubes. Beat the curd and add all the dry spices in curd.

Then add paneer, capsicum and onion in curd, leave the curd with vegetables and paneer for 15 minutes for Marination
- 3
After 15 minutes heat the tava on medium flame and roast the marinated mixture till it gets golden brown colour both sides.

It is a good recipe for tiffin. Kids will enjoy it.
