Ingredients

  1. Halfyam tuber
  2. Chicken parts
  3. 4large eggs
  4. 5scotch bonnets
  5. 1onion bulb
  6. to tasteSeasonings
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel ur yam and wash,add water in a pot and add the yam sprinkle little salt and cover the pot.

    Allow to cook until soft nd tender

  3. 3

    Wash and clean Scotch bonnets and onion,grate and set aside

  4. 4

    Take ur chicken parts and remove the bones,put in a mortar and grind with pestle

  5. 5

    Add the seasoning add the chicken in a bowl and add the grated Scotch bonnets and onion

  6. 6

    Add the cooked yam in a bowl and mash for like 1min since it's already soft

  7. 7

    Add the chicken and other ingredients together,mix thoroughly

  8. 8

    Start molding into a ball and set aside

  9. 9

    Break ur eggs and add seasonings and diced onion whisk well

  10. 10

    Pour oil in a pan and put on medium heat

  11. 11

    Start dipping the balls into the whisked egg and put inside the heated oil

  12. 12

    Fry till golden brown

  13. 13
