Heat oil in a kadai add jeera when it crackles add ginger garlic paste saute for a few mins,then add sliced onions

Saute for a few mins add the potatoes cover and cook for 4 to 5 mins on medium flame

Then add tomatoes and cook for a few mins, then add haldi powder, red chilli powder and dhania powder,

Mix it well and add the chopped paalak and mix it well add salt cover and cook till potatoes are done
