  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped tomatoe
  • 2chopped Green chilli
  • 50 gmcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspRed chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2Termeric powder
  • 1 tspCrushed coriander
  • 1 tspAnar Dana
  • 1egg
  • 50gm.Garlic fresh leaves
  • 1/2black pepper
  • Oil as required
  • Needed to 2tsp corn floor ya maida for binding

    Boiled potatoes ko mash karain all ingredients wash & cut

    Aik egg ko crumbles fry karain or wo bhi add kar dain.zarorat ho to maida ya corn floor 2tsp add kar dain binding ke leay &shape kabab ki de kar deep fry karain serve to platter & decorate Enjoy with family potatoes chapli kabab
