Palak soup

First blunch palak in a kadhai with little salt & sugar for intact green colour.

Blanch for 3-4 mins. Keep aside for cooling down & make puree. In a pan add butter add chopped garlic litter saute add maida fry till nice aroma comes, now add palak puree.

Add water as per requirement. Stir well add salt, black pepper powder. Mix it. Now add milk & stir well for. Leave It in a high flame till boil comes. Turn off flame and serve hot.

Cream is optional,.
