Healthy Green papaya salad

Mix papaya, carrot, peanuts and lettuce or coriander (finally chopped)and peanuts.

Now take a bowl and mix red chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt, sugar, crushed garlic, ginger and mix this mixture to papaya and slightly crush it, so that all ingredients mix well.

Take it into a serving bowl and toss it with some more roasted peanuts and lettuce leaves.
