This turned bit heavier then the standard cream cheese recipes due to cheese used, so can vary cheese( wud recomend more dairylea ,as rich in calcium as well)or just maybe add more cream to cream cheese ratio (and just combine them well without overcombining to inccorperate the whiskd cream a d cream cheese), but can use for a sponge desert InshaAllah to lighten the mixture up!!

  • Double cream (tesco)
  • 4-5 piecesCream cheese (dairylea triangles)
  • Mascarpone 250g pack(lidl)
  • Honey couple of tablespoons (about 8 Honey at end result)

    Whisk the cream and honey

    Then whisk the cream cheeses and honey

    Combine by folding in well the double cream whisk and cream cheese whisk into a coverabke container..

    Refrigerate for upto 2 days for best result,but try to use in deserts etc, before 3rd day

food is a blessing from the almighty...if u lov food .try feeding ..while you can feed yourself still... or nurturing basically . mayb some advise wud b keep your resources resoursefulnes creativity talent and zest 4 good things n the right ways..in life...n safe and available in the right ways...so manage your recipes and ..i say this is one way of a system that allows 2 do that and mayb even more...right ?!?thnk.uu.remain blesed!!
