Egg omelette is a healthy option for our breakfast . When we added veggies ,it becomes more healthy. I made the veggies egg omelette in idli stand to make it's attractive shape and ..more delicious and healthy
Steps

Heat the butter in a pan, add veggies in it with.little salt and saute for 2 minutes. Take out in a plate.let it cool.

Now add water in idli steamer or in a pan and heat it. Grease idli stand with oil.

Now whisk the eggs in a bowl.add salt black pepper, cheese and veggies. Mix it well.(you can use eggs without whisk)

Now pour the egg batter in greased idli plate. sprinkle some veggies on it. Now put the plate in steamer carefully. Place the lid and steam it 7-8 minutes or until it gets cook well.

Take out the plate and let it little cool. Now with a spoon take out egg idli / omelette in a plate.

Serve it with boiled.veggies bread slices and chutney or tomato sauce.
