Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 4eggs, boiled and the fried until the skin is crispy
  2. 3yellow tofus, divide into 4
  3. 10green beans, cut into 3-4 parts
  4. 2green chillies
  5. Paste:
  6. 5shallots
  7. 4garlics
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcorriander seeds powder
  10. 6candlenuts
  11. Other:
  12. 400 mlthin coconut milk
  13. Some salt
  14. Some pepper
  15. to tasteSugar
  16. Chicken powder
  17. 4 tbspcooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients of the paste together using a blender or a traditional mortar and pestle until it becomes a smooth thick paste. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a pan. Then fry the paste until cooked and doesn't smell raw anymore and The natural oil comes out.

  3. 3

    Then put in the coconut milk. Stirring occasionally, let it simmer until the paste blend in with the coconut milk.

  4. 4

    Add in the tofu and green beans. Let them simmer a bit.

  5. 5

    Then add in the eggs and chillies. Let them simmer again.

  6. 6

    Put in the seasonings. Mix together. Taste test.

  7. 7

    Turn off the heat when everything is ready.
