Mapo Tofu

I used to eat this dish a lot in Japan. I tried to make this with the ingredients I already have in my house - without Sichuan chili beans paste and Sichuan peppercorns. So this recipe is not going to be a traditional taste but still I enjoy as a daily meal.

I forgot to take step photos 🤭 Will try again and take them!

Can I replace corn starch with flour? Also would minced beef work as well?
