Ingredients

5 to 7 minutes
4 to 6 servings
  • 4boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 cupsrosted oats
  • 1 cupgrated paneer
  • 1 cupgrated carrots
  • 1 tbspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspgaram masaala
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

5 to 7 minutes
  1. 1

    In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, mix well and form small tikkis out of the mixture.

    In a flat pan add 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry the tikki both the sides until it turns golden brown.

    Serve hot with green chutney and onion carrot salad.
