Healthy Moong sprouts when eaten with chopped onions, cucumber,carrots, tomatoes and some corn kernels-tastes yum.
Added with some chutneys make a nice Chaat too.

Healthy Moong sprouts when eaten with chopped onions, cucumber,carrots, tomatoes and some corn kernels-tastes yum.

Steps

Take moong sprouts in a bowl
Add a small chopped onion, tomato, carrots, corn and chopped cucumber to it. - 2
Add salt and dry mango powder(amchoor) and mix nicely
Masalas use according to your taste
I like to add blk pepper powder too
Keep this mixture ready - 3
Now take a big zeera papad(I took lijjat papad)
Cut it into two halves
Dry roast one half on hot tawa and fold it like a cone - 4
Serving
Just before serving add lemon juice to the mixture - 5
Now take papad cone in a glass and put moong sprouts chat in it
Crispy masala papads as healthy party starters or evening snacks are ready
