Cook the chicken i steamed it then shredded it also put the carrot in with it to steam. Boil the basmati rice or 2 day old rice out the fridge is best.

In a frying pan or wok add a little oil then add the onion, ginger, chicken, carrot Also the chillies stir and mix in. Fry for 1 minute then add some sesame oil.

Next add the rice, spring onion mix all in fry for 3 minutes then add the soy sauce mix in.

Lastly add the sriacha sauce. Then add to a serving plate.
