In a large bowl add maida, salt, sugar, oil and dry yeast mix together everything. Then add warm water (enough warm so that u can put ur finger in it comfortably). Make a soft dough. Apply some oil and cover with cling wrap and let it rest for 2 hrs.

Take melted butter in a bowl and add chopped garlic and parsley to it mix well. keep aside

After 2 hrs remove the cling wrap and punch the dough and divide into 2 equal portions. Then roll out a roti and brush the garlic butter on it. Then on one side of it spread some grated mozzarella, sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes and cover from the other end to make a semicircle.

Brush some more garlic butter, sprinkle mixed herbs and chilli flakes and place on a baking tray (line the baking tray with a foil)

Bake the garlic bread at 180°c for 15 mins. serve hot or cold. it tastes equally yummmyyy.
