  • Bunchlettuce
  • 250 kgcarrots
  • 2big cucumber
  • 1medium cabbage
  • I med purple cabbage

Steps

    Wash ur vegetables

  2. 2

    Dice and wash with vinegar, remove seed and skin of d cocumber

  3. 3

    Put in a colander to strain

  4. 4

    Arrange on a tray

  5. 5

    Sprinkle olive oil and lime juice

  6. 6

    Serve as breakfast,lunch and dinner..it is very filling.😋
