Wash it properly and let them dry or wipe off with clothes.

Add all dry masala in katori mix well. Slit all the brinjals. In + cut.

Stuff dry masala in cut and keep it aside.

Cut the potatoes lengthwise and saute them separately. Till it became half tender. Make it in nonstick pan as it is zero oil recipe

Now add stuffed brinjals add half a cup of water. Cover it cook until both became soft. Serve hot as a side dish with chapati.
