Cheese Spring Rolls

Ingredients

15 minutes
18-25 pieces
  1. 85 gramcheddar cheese, cut into a long rectangle abot 3-5 g
  2. Spring rolls skim as manh as the cheese
  3. as neededSugar or condensed milk
  4. 1 tbspod flour
  5. as neededWater
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add the flour in a small bowl, add in the water as needed to combine until dissolves and becomes a thick paste. This will be the "glue".

    Get one spring roll skin. Put one cheese on one edge of the skin. Put some sugar or condensed milk as desired. Roll so the skin covers the cheese.

    Get the "glue" put on the left and right side of the skin

  4. 4

    Glue them and then roll the spring roll, apply the glue as needed.

    Do until everything is finished.

  6. 6

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

    Serve with more condensed milk or sugar on top is desired.
