This is recipe of the Kashmiri pandits. It has no onion or garlic. Very few ingredients and a very tasty dish.

First boil the dried Kashmiri red Chiles, remove the seeds and make a paste. Now in a pan add ghee. Then add the whole garam masala (green and black cardamom, dalchini). Then add the mutton. And fry it. Add salt and let it fry. Till it turns lite brown.

Now add the curd and fry it for 5-8 min. Then add fennel powder and dried ginger powder. Then fry it. Mix them all well.

Then add the red chili paste. Again fry it. When oil comes out of the masala. Add water to it. Add salt. Cover and let it cook.
