Cooking Instructions

Take the sugar, add the cardamom powder, water and lemon juice in a pan...lemon juice keeps the syrup intact

Heat this over medium flame and cook it until perfect consistency appears...after this turn off the flame.

In a bowl take the milk powder, maida and baking soda...mix well and add 1 tbsp of ghee..mix the mixture well, pour the milk and make a dough with that.

Make small balls out of these.

Heat ghee in a pan, deep fry the balls till golden brown.

Finally heat the sugar syrup and deep the balls into that..
