Mix sabudana,idli rava and curd. Mix it well and leave it overnight for ferment.

Next morning add water, salt and soda. Apply oil to idli plates and add batter in it.

Keep this Stand in cooker or patila, steam it for 15 minutes on medium flame. Idli is ready to serve with sambar or coconut chutney.
