Soak tamarind in sufficient water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes mashed tamarind with the help of hand and make pulp.in a mixer jar add pudina leaves,tamarind pulp,jaggery hing,salt,black salt,green chilli,ginger and cumin powder and grind it. Make a smooth paste.

Make small pieces of boiled potatoes.in a bowl add pudia chutney paste and chopped potatoes. Mix well with spoon and serve.
