Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1/2 cupgarlic
  • 2 tbspchilli powder
  • 2 tbspIDly chilli powder
  • 1 tsptamarind
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3-4 tbspoil
  • as neededcurry leaves

Steps

    Those are the required ingredients... Garlic, salt, tamarind, chilli powder, Idly chilli powder, gingely oil, curry leaves (optional)

    Peel the garlic... Add all the ingredients into a mixer jar...

    Grind Make a fine paste of it..no need to add water.. Gingely oil is enough to make a chutney..u can store it more than 1 week in a room temperature or fridge....

    Simple easy and healthy garlic chutney ready... It's spicy and tangy too... Gingely oil helps to reduce ur body heat... Garlic helps for gastric... It's a healthy chutney.. U can have it with Idly, Dosa, chapati... Etc....
