Ingredients

2 servings
  • ১০০ গ্রাম থোর কুচানো
  • ২ টেবিল চামচ সরষে
  • ১ টেবিল চামচ পোস্ত
  • ১ টি শুকনো লংকা
  • ১ টি কাঁচা লংকা
  • স্বাদ অনুযায়ী লবন
  • ১/২ টেবিল চামচ হলুদ
  • ১/২ টেবিল চামচ চিনি
  • ৩ টেবিল চামচ সরষে তেল
  • ১/৪ কাপ জল

Steps

  1. 1

    প্রথমে ১ টেবিল চামচ সরষে, পোস্ত ও কাঁচা লংকা ভালো ভাবে পেস্ট বানিয়ে নিতে হবে।

  2. 2

    এবার কড়াতে ২ টেবিল চামচ সরষে তেল দিয়ে তাতে একটি শুকনো লংকা ও সরষে ফোড়ন দিয়ে তাতে কুচানো থোর দিয়ে ভালো ভাবে নেড়েচেড়ে নিতে হবে।

    এবার এতে স্বাদ অনুযায়ী লবন ও হলুদ দিয়ে আবার নেড়েচেড়ে ১/৪ কাপ জল দিয়ে ঢাকা দিয়ে ৭ মিনিট মতো রান্না করে নিতে হবে।

  4. 4

    এরপর ঢাকা খুলে এতে সরষে পোস্ত ও কাঁচা লংকার পেস্ট দিয়ে ভালো ভাবে মেখে নিয়ে ৩-৪ মিনিট ঢাকা দিয়ে রেখে দিতে হবে।

  5. 5

    এবার ঢাকা খুলে এতে ১/২ টেবিল চামচ চিনি দিয়ে ভালো ভাবে নেড়েচেড়ে নিতে হবে।

  6. 6

    এরপর এক টেবিল চামচ সরষে তেল দিয়ে গ্যাস বন্ধ করে দুই মিনিট ঢাকা দিয়ে রেখে দিলেই তৈরি মজাদার সরষে পোস্ত দিয়ে থোর।
