1Methi(fenugreek leaves)
3aloo(potatoes)
1 inchGinger
3-4Garlic cloves
1Green chilli
as neededOil
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspJeera/cumin seeds

Steps

Take a pan add oil heat full flame then jeera and ginger garlic chooped.

Now chopped the methi and aloo. Then mix well.then firstly add aloo then after 5 min add methi. And then mix well.

Again and again mix well in low flame after 15_20 min.aloo methi veg is ready to eat.
