Boil your yam until its cooked thoroughly

In a pan,add vegetable oil,garlic and saute(you can grill in a mini oven)

Put in your boiled yam,add seasoning and spices
4

Turn to the other side, until both sides are golden brown

Serve with any sauce of your choice
