Angoori Dahi Wada

Wash both whole white urad / Dal and yellow moong dal 4-5 times in water. Soak them separately for 6 hours. First grind urad/dal then add moong dal in wet grinder to smooth batter. Add green chillies ginger paste, salt to taste and mix well for 5 mins to make it fluffy.

Heat oil in kadhai. Drop medium size ball from prepare batter in hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till light brown in colour.

Dissolved 1 tsp black salt in water. Soak fried wadas in salty water.

Squeeze wadas lightly.

Arrange wadas in plate. Pour beaten curd on it.

Sprinkle red chilli powder and cumin powder on it

Garnish with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve/ Relish Delicious Angoori Dahi Wada.

For making curd-Boil milk dissolved sugar in it. Cool it. Add/ 1/2 tsp curd. Let it set for 8 hours. Churn it and chill before using.
