In a different frying pan, put little oil add onions and fry it for 1min and add your grinded scotch bonnet, stir and add the remaining vegetables, cover the pan and allow it to steam

Add your seasonings and stir well. Then add your fried potatoes, stir and cover the pan for 2mins

Serve and enjoy!
