Take a grinder make a fine puree of boiled palak.

Take another big bowl add wheat flour, pureed palak, mustard oil,salt and all mix spices.

Knead a tight dough.(use the small amount of water if dough is very dry or tight) Rest it for another 10 mins.

Take a kadai pour with oil (frying). Take dough and Knead again for few seconds.

Make a small- small ball and roll the puri. Fry it on medium High heat.

Serve hot with sabji. taste is yummy 😋
