Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • as required Oil for frying

Steps

    In a bowl take besan add 1 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,1/2 cumin seeds add little water and make a dough like puri.

    Keep water to boil and take a small portion from dough roll it and give cylindrical shape cut into pieces and put them into boiling water for 5 minutes strain them and fry them till golden and crisp

    For gravy in a pan add 2 tbsp of oil add 1/2 tsp cumin onion saute it for few minutes add ginger garlic and green chilli paste saute it for few minutes add dry masalas mix well add tomato puree cook for few minutes when pan leaves oil add curd and stir it continues for few minutes add fried Guttas mix well add water accordingly you want the gravy thick or thin simmer it on low flame for few more minutes garnish with fresh coriander and serve with chappati rice or paratha
